This is an action for a declaratory judgment filed by plaintiff, The Home Indemnity Company, a Corporation of the State of New York, requesting that the Court declare the rights and duties of the respective parties under an insurance contract entered into between John H. White, one of the defendants, and the plaintiff insurance company. The defendants other than Mr. White are parties to this action as a result of an automobile collision...
