Defendant, Gary K. Richardson, 18-years-of-age, was arrested following a police chase at about 1:00 A.M., June 21, 1968. Five charges were placed against him and he appeared before a magistrate at 2:00 P.M. that day, pleaded guilty to the consolidated charges and was sentenced to 30 days on each offense to be served concurrently.
