WRIGHT, Justice.

Plaintiff husband, after a bitter trial in which the wife's testimony was ultimately found to be false, was granted a divorce from defendant wife on grounds of adultery. Defendant wife now seeks an award of a portion of plaintiff husband's property under 13 Del.C. § 1531, and an allowance of suit monies under 13 Del.C. § 1530. Plaintiff has moved for summary judgment as to both claims; asserting as to the property award...
