This appeal is from a judgment of the circuit court of Livingston County affirming a decision of the Industrial Commission which awarded the employee, Donald Wink, permanent and total disability as a result of an accident which arose out of and in the course of his employment as a feed sales supervisor for the Livingston Service Company of Pontiac, Illinois, on April 12, 1963...
