This is an appeal by the City of Port Allen, Louisiana, and its insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company, from the judgment of the trial court awarding plaintiffs, John Anderson and his wife, Mrs. Noemie L. Anderson, damages for physical injuries and medical expenses arising out of a fall sustained by plaintiff, Mrs. Anderson, on the sidewalk at 621 South Jefferson Street in the City of Port Allen, on August 21, 1965.
