JONES, Justice:

Appellant, Alma Butler, a minor, by next friend, sued appellee in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, Mississippi, alleging that the manager of the appellee's store at Waynesboro had unlawfully stopped and searched her purse, without cause to her embarrassment, humiliation, and disgrace. From a verdict in favor of the defendant, she appeals, assigning numerous errors; but we shall refer to only two instructions...
