This is an action under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, in which the plaintiff petitions the Court to confirm and enforce the award of an arbitrator. Since there is no material issue of fact, the case will be determined on motions for summary judgment which have been entered by both parties.
