The defendant, Donald Cornell, was arrested on April 14, 1967, and was subsequently indicted for burglary by the grand jury of Cook County. At his arraignment on May 17, 1967, he pleaded not guilty. On May 19, 1967, he changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than one nor more than four years. Thereafter he filed a post...
