This is a companion case to Bogan v. State, 226 So.2d 110, Opinion filed August 15, 1969. Appellant was jointly tried and convicted with Bogan. He raises three points on appeal, only one of which was arguably meritorious. This point is the same arguable point raised by Bogan and extensively dealt with in Bogan v. State, supra.
