This is a suit by the mother and father of six year old Banny Joseph Guidry seeking to recover damages in the sum of $116,500 in favor of the father, Percy J. Guidry, and in the sum of $115,000 in favor of the mother, Eule Marie Guidry, for, the death of their minor son who was killed while attempting to cross a Louisiana highway.
