A two-count complaint was filed by plaintiff Carol Clifford to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by her when an automobile operated by defendant Bertram Yarwood in which plaintiff was a passenger, collided with an automobile operated by defendant Ronald Schaefer and owned by defendant Grace Goedke.
