McNULTY, Judge.

Willie F. Bogan, jointly tried with a codefendant, Willie Jack Henderson, was convicted of felony murder committed in the perpetration of a robbery. The jury recommended mercy and appellant was sentenced accordingly. He directly appeals the judgment and sentence.
