Appellant, Leland R. Brown, was charged with four counts of drawing a check on insufficient funds with intent to defraud, A.R.S. § 13-316, as amended. He entered a plea of guilty to one count and the other three counts were dismissed on motion of the county attorney. He was duly sentenced on September 5, 1967, to the Arizona State Prison.
