These two cases are consolidated on appeal and were consolidated for trial in the Franklin County Municipal Court. Case No. 9249 involves an appeal from the conviction of defendant, appellant herein, by jury trial of the offense of carrying concealed weapons. Case No. 9250 is a conviction of the offense of petty larceny. As assignments of error it is asserted that the trial court erred (1) in overruling defendant's motion to suppress as evidence property...
