This case is submitted on the people's motion to affirm. GCR 1963, 817.5(3). Defendant was convicted, on a plea of guilty, of the crime of assault with intent to rob being armed (MCLA § 750.89 [Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.284]) and was sentenced to serve 15 to 30 years in prison.
