This case involves an action brought by the appellees, Elmore Bernard Wheeler, Evelyn Dolores Wheeler, Dolores Ann Wheeler, Steven Mark Wheeler, and Bernard John Wheeler (Wheelers) all of whom were occupants of an automobile which was involved in an accident with another automobile owned by the appellant Mose Zell Williams (Williams) and operated by his stepson, Willie Brady (Brady).
