This is an appeal by the garnishee-defendant, Jack E. Russell, from a judgment entered against him in the amount of $4,909.62.

Meier, took a default judgment in the amount of $4,909.62 against Romulus Aluminum Foundry, Inc. and others, based on certain promissory notes issued by the corporation.
