Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, as the subrogee of its insured, Mayo Duhon, instituted this action to recover from defendants the sum of $7616.03, that being the amount which plaintiff paid to its insured, Duhon, as a fire loss. The suit was instituted against Lt. Commander and Mrs. C. H. Whiteleather, Jr., and their insurer under a comprehensive personal liability policy, Quincy Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
