This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment entered by the Burleigh County District Court, Honorable M. C. Fredricks, Jr., presiding. The plaintiffs, Christ Walker, Sam Walker, Ed Schwehr, Adolph Haman, Lawrence Braun, and Robert Coyle (hereinafter referred to as Walkers), brought an action asking the district court to interpret § 15-40-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended in 1965.
