The above entitled and numbered cause came on to be heard by the Court, without a jury, on the 20th day of October, 1969. Plaintiffs had incurred property damage to various trailers and other equipment owned by them, which damage occurred at the time that an elevated water storage tank was being painted in Amarillo, Texas, in the spring of 1964.
