A judgment of the trial court declaring the defendant-reconvenor to be the owner of the entire property in litigation was reversed by the Court of Appeal, which recognized the plaintiffs as owners of an undivided three-quarters interest and the defendant-reconvenor as owner of an undivided one-quarter interest, and remanded the matter to the trial court for partition of the property by licitation as prayed by the plaintiffs. 209 So...
