RODGERS, Justice:

This is an appeal from an order of the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, dismissing the appellant's motion to vacate an order entered in the Youth Court wherein the appellant was adjudged to be a delinquent, and directing that the petitioner be incarcerated in Oakley Training School. The motion was instituted as a result of the following facts.
