STEVENS, Judge.

The petitioner sustained an unscheduled injury which resulted in a permanent partial physical functional disability. By an award entered on 8 May, 1967, The Industrial Commission found that he did not sustain a loss of earning capacity. A petition for hearing was filed. A formal hearing was held. On 1 March, 1968 an award was entered affirming the 8 May, 1967 award. The problem presented to the Court is whether the evidence reasonably supports this...
