GARGANO, J.

Eddie Gene Dilworth, Joe Sonny Ray and Ernest V. McPeters were charged with the armed robbery of a Norwalk service station and with murder of the attendant, Harry Trowbridge. They were tried at the same time, and each was convicted on both counts. Dilworth and Ray have appealed.
