This is an appeal from the Hendricks Circuit Court wherein the plaintiff-appellant filed a complaint against the defendants-appellees seeking damages for alleged personal injuries she sustained in an automoible collision with the appellee-defendant Teeters. At the conclusion of all of the evidence, the court directed a verdict for the appellees and rendered judgment against the appellant, and also denied the appellant's motion to amend her amended complaint...
