Plaintiffs Bernard White and his wife brought this action against defendant Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company to recover under a homeowners policy for damage to their home resulting from heavy snows. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found that the damage was caused by the weight of snow and ice and was therefore covered by the policy.
