The plaintiff, a minor, brought suit against both defendants as a result of an automobile accident wherein he was injured while riding as a passenger in one of the three vehicles involved. The jury returned a verdict finding the defendant Thompson guilty and assessed damages in the sum of $25,000 but found the defendant Russian, not guilty.
