This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a judgment of the trial court sustaining motions for summary judgment filed by Loftin & Goss Construction Company and its liability insurer, Continental Insurance Company, and by Continental Oil Company, and its liability insurer, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company.
