OFFENSES CHARGED

Robbery and murder.*

JUDGMENT

After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of both offenses and was given concurrent sentences of 15 to 30 years for murder and 10 to 20 years for robbery.

POINTS RAISED ON APPEAL

(1) The State failed to prove the corpus delicti.
