In this suit on a note and chattel mortgage, defendant appeals the trial court's refusal to set aside a default judgment and order a new trial after a showing that plaintiff agreed to give defendant reasonable additional time to file an answer, yet in fact took a default 12 calendar days thereafter, allowing defendant only five judicial days beyond her statutory entitlement, without any further notice to defendant and without advising the trial court...
