This is an action for damages arising out of a motor vehicle collision. The plaintiffs are: Alton L. Rudisill, driver of one of the vehicles involved; Excel Insurance Company, the collision insurer and subrogee of Rudisill; and Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Texas, the liability insurer (with uninsured motorist coverage) and subrogee of Rudisill.
