Plaintiff-Appellee, Baxter Reid, Jr., brought this action in the Circuit Court of Peoria County seeking damages for personal injuries based on the alleged negligence of the Peoria YMCA, Defendant-Appellant, and Larry Embury, Defendant. The issues were submitted to a jury which returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against the YMCA in the amount of $15,000 from which verdict and judgment the defendant has appealed.
