This is an appeal by plaintiff from an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff, a Spokane automobile and truck dealer, had sought to recover damages for a loss allegedly caused by use of defendant bank's conditional sale contract printed form in a sale of trucks to an Idaho resident.
