The defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered April 25, 1968, in Albany County, upon a verdict rendered at Trial Term, in favor of plaintiffs. The first cause of action was brought by plaintiff June Morris to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when she tripped and fell over a dog in appellant's bank. In the second cause of action her husband sought recovery for loss of his wife's services...
