SNELL, Justice.

This is an action at law for the collection of attorney fees. Defendants denied the accuracy of the charges and counterclaimed claiming plaintiff's services were self-serving and not in the best interests of his client. The trial court sitting as the trier of the facts allowed a little less than 54% of plaintiff's claim against one defendant and disallowed the counterclaim. Defendants appealed.
