Julie Riffe McFerrin instituted this rule against B. W. McFerrin alleging that on December 6, 1967 a judgment was rendered decreeing a separation from bed and board between the plaintiff and the defendant, granting unto plaintiff the custody of the two minor children and ordering defendant to pay $450 per month for the support of plaintiff and the minor children.
