There is no substantial conflict in the evidence indicating that the automobile collision which gave rise to the three cases here on appeal occurred when the Goley vehicle, traveling north on Highway 220, turned from the northbound lane of travel to cross over the southbound lane in order to enter the service station on the west side of the highway. There is sharp conflict in the evidence, however, as to whether Goley had given a left turn...
