1. Enumerations 1 and 2, directed to testimony of Sheriff Thornton concerning liquor found at defendant's home delivered out of the presence of the jury and never reintroduced before the jury, are without merit. Whether the evidence was admissible or not, the jury never had the evidence for consideration.

2. Enumeration 3 and 4 deal with the allowing of prosecution witness Jewel Goodson to testify...
