The State of Louisiana appeals to this Court from a judgment of the trial court which held Section A(7) of LSA-R.S. 14:92 to be unconstitutional and granted a motion to quash filed by defendant.

Defendant was charged by affidavit in that he "on or about the 29 day of February, 1968 * * * did unlawfully Contribute to the delinquency of a juvenile, to-wit * * * born November 30, 1952, an unmarried minor female person by intentionally enticing...
