ZEIGLER v. STATE

No. 38159.

219 So.2d 39 (1969)

Henry Earl ZEIGLER, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.

Supreme Court of Florida.

February 19, 1969.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Henry Earl Zeigler, in pro. per.

Earl Faircloth, Atty. Gen., and Wallace E. Allbritton, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.

PER CURIAM.

We issued a writ of habeas corpus to require a response to the petition which in some respects reflected prima facie merit. On the basis of the entire record now here it is clear that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought.

The writ is discharged.
