This is an action for damages arising from the death of Captola Warner. The action is brought by her parents, individually, and by her father, as the administrator of her estate. It is based upon the alleged negligence of defendant doctor for an improper diagnosis, improper care by defendant hospital, and the use of improper and unsafe drugs furnished by the defendant pharmaceutical corporations.
