Plaintiff Guy Sanderson brought an action for the wrongful death of his wife against the City of Tucson, Pima County, and the State of Arizona. The State was dismissed as a defendant, and no appeal was taken from that order. A jury returned a verdict for $85,000 against the City and County. On motion of the County, the judgment against it was vacated, and a judgment notwithstanding the verdict was entered...
