This is an appeal from a summary judgment for defendant Curtiss Collis in an action for death by wrongful act instituted by the trustee for Sheryl Collis, deceased, in behalf of her surviving brothers and sister, against her sole surviving parent, defendant Collis, and others. The issue is whether an action brought for the death of a child survived by her father and minor brothers and sister in which the surviving father is disqualified...
