This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Champaign County which reversed an award under the Workmen's Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 48, par. 138 et seq.) to the appellant, Howard Lee Creinin. The circuit court held that the finding of the Industrial Commission that appellant's injuries arose out of his employment with the appellee, the Board of Trustees...
