Plaintiff-appellee, Mary Dynek, sued her daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Otho S. Pumphrey, defendants-appellants, to recover certain assets which she claimed were held in trust for her by her daughter. Plaintiff alleged the funds had been commingled with other property and that defendants had refused to give her an accounting of her property. The trial court gave judgment to plaintiff in the amount of $32,361.19 plus interest and ordered defendants...
