OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J., December 11, 1969:

Appellant was convicted, without a jury, of conspiracy to commit blackmail. He appeals, alleging that the evidence against him was insufficient to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. We agree and reverse.
