Mrs. Eva Bates petitioned for appointment as administratrix of the succession of the decedent husband, Arnold H. Bates. Cecil Horold Bates opposed the application, contending that he is the child of the decedent and the plaintiff, the sole and only heir at law, and that he is better qualified than Mrs. Bates to act as administrator.
