Respondent was admitted to the Bar in 1954. In April, 1966 he was indicted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York for unlawfully, willfully and knowingly failing to file Federal income tax returns for the years 1959 through 1963 (5 counts). In July, 1967, respondent was convicted upon his plea of guilty to Count No. 4 (which related to 1962), and was given a six months' sentence, execution of which was suspended...
