This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Superior Court, dismissing the contestant's complaint in a will contest case. Decedent was married three times. His first marriage produced two boys, and a girl whose married name is Eda Smith. His second marriage was to a divorcee named Dollie Wendling.
