Per Curiam.
In this disciplinary proceeding the petitioner moves to confirm the report, dated January 16, 1969, of the Justice to whom the matter was referred for hearing and report. In response thereto, the respondent's brief asserts that in his testimony at the hearing his "great respect for the administration of justice required him to acknowledge fully his wrong." The respondent was admitted to the Bar by this court on December 16, 1953.
